Spring is almost here, and that means it’s time to start planning how you want to decorate your backyard. As you will soon be spending much more time outdoors and creating new wonderful memories, what could be better than doing so in an area that you love just as much as the friends and family you will be spending time with?
With this awesome DIY project, thanks to Brett and Lauren at Little White House blog, you can remodel your backyard to enhance its beauty and create a great space that you will never want to leave. The couple got this idea as they have been remodeling their 100 year old farmhouse. As a part of their fantastic work, the couple created a retreat complete with an outdoor pergola and fire pit. There are even swings to add more seating to this backyard get away.
While this project does take a little extra money and time than some, the end result is completely worth it. Brett and Lauren, for instance, spent around $2,300, but the price of paying someone else to create a space like this for you would easily be more than double.
With a little time, some hard work, and this tutorial, you could be on your way to making your own dream backyard today.
